A spatial model connects selected buildings and rooms with an asset register and agreed operational indicators. Users can move from a campus view to a specific asset, inspect its data source and record a question for the team.
A focused first version
Start with one building, a limited asset set and a clearly defined decision. Use sample data for an initial concept, then validate any live connections separately.
What would need validation
Asset identities, data freshness, access permissions and the usefulness of the view for the people maintaining the campus.
