Enquiries and booking requests
We collect the name, email address, organisation and message you choose to provide. Workshop requests may also include a preferred date and team size. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss services and manage the resulting relationship. A request does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing.
The concierge
The concierge is an AI assistant. Your messages go to our own agent server and, to produce replies, to Anthropic, which provides the Claude model. The conversation is not stored as an enquiry unless you agree; when you do, we keep your name, email address, organisation, a short summary and the conversation, and handle them like any other enquiry. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat. Use the contact form or email if you prefer not to use it.
Free members’ access
When you ask for a sign-in link we create a free account with your name, email address and organisation, record which page you asked from, and email you a one-time link. We use these details to run your account and to follow up about our work; you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing us. The link works once and expires after 72 hours.
Field notes by email
If you subscribe, we keep your email address and when you confirmed, and send field notes about twice a month from our own mailbox. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe; after it we send nothing more. We do not share the list.
Discovery calls
A call request stores your name, email, organisation, the times you chose and your message, and is handled like any other enquiry.
Client accounts
Twinverse client accounts store contact details, a protected password representation, assigned projects and project conversations. Project information is available to authorised project members and website administrators. Invitations expire and can only be used once.
Cookies and technical information
The sites use essential session and form-security cookies for sign-in and forms. They do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Security controls may process connection information to limit abusive requests. Optional audio and ambient sound load only when you choose to play them.
Visitor statistics
We count page views with Umami, which we run ourselves on our own server. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses or personal profiles: it records the page, the referring site, the browser and device type, the country, and when an enquiry is sent (without its content). If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded. The statistics are not shared with anyone.
Hosting and service providers
The application and database run on our privately managed server. Cloudflare provides the public network connection and security services when the sites are accessed through its network. Email conversations are handled through our email provider. Service providers may process technical data needed to operate their services.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep enquiry and project information while it is needed to handle your request or support an active relationship. We review retained information and remove records that are no longer needed, subject to any applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection to how information is used.
Media
Concept imagery and video may be created with AI tools and are identified as illustrative. Optional AI narration has a written equivalent. Playing it is not required to use the site.
